The role of Prep Cook at Concord Hospitality is pivotal in ensuring that guests experience high-quality dining through careful food preparation and strict adherence to brand standards. As a Prep Cook, you will be an essential member of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing food consistently and with great attention to detail. Your job will include following recipe cards to guarantee quality and the safe handling of food items, a critical aspect in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence. You will also be expected to monitor inventory through proper food documentation and adhere to food rotation policies per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to reduce waste and ensure food safety.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment is a top priority, requiring you to practice safety standards and report to work on time in a clean uniform, ready to serve.
