Job Requirements

- Experience in food preparation preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Capability to work efficiently in a team setting
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
- Prepare food items following established quantities and recipes
- Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- Taste completed meals to ensure quality
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment after each use according to department procedures
- Store, label, and date all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines
- Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as necessary
- Comply with health and sanitation regulations and department procedures
- Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation time
- Serve customers efficiently and friendly
- Complete orders from multiple stations including steam tables and grill
- Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, temperature, and portion control
- Resolve customer concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
