Job Requirements
- ServSafe certified
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship with 2-3 years experience in contract foodservice
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong customer service commitment
- Flexible to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Team player
- High level of organization
- Ability to remain calm under stress
- Ability to smile and provide positive guest service
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to make decisions independently

- Practice safe work habits and complete safety training
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe certified
- At least 18 years old
- Culinary degree or graduation from a certified apprenticeship program with 2-3 years of contract foodservice cooking experience, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions for sports or entertainment venues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to high-level customer and client service with leadership initiative
- Customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management
- Flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Ability to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to make evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
- Ability to accept and carry out responsibility for directions
- Practice safe work habits and complete company safety training
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Direct, implement, and maintain a guest service philosophy that guides fellow associates
- Regularly meet with supervision to review assignments, anticipated business levels, and changes
- Ensure that only the highest quality product is served to guests
- Maintain and abide by County Health/Sanitation as well as Legends Hospitality standards
- Provide efficient service and quality products while maintaining positive customer and client relations
- Ensure all equipment is in proper operational condition and cleaned regularly
- Show flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management
