- strong knife skills or willingness to learn
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- prepare ingredients and food components needed by line cooks during service
- help ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

- collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistent quality throughout service
- perform additional tasks as needed or directed
