The role of Prep Cook at Perseid Restaurant is a dynamic and engaging position that plays an essential part in the seamless operation of the kitchen and overall food service. The Prep Cook collaborates closely with the broader Food & Beverage operations team, contributing to a culture that values creativity, teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses primarily on the preparation of ingredients and food components necessary to support efficient and timely kitchen service. The ideal candidate will have the dedication and skills to assist in daily food preparation tasks while maintaining an impeccably organized and clean prep area. Following strict food safety and sanitation standards is paramount to the role, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation align with health regulations and quality benchmarks. Due to fluctuating demands typical of the hospitality industry, the Prep Cook must be adaptable and willing to perform various duties beyond standard job functions to exceed customer expectations.   • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
