  • Ability to use kitchen tools safely knives and small equipment ware
  • Ability to follow instructions

Job Duties

  • Retrieve storage items necessary and measure and portion and prepare all food items complying with all quality standards and department rules policies and procedures
  • Communicate with the chef for any special instructions or training
  • Maintain food utensils and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
  • Perform opening closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
  • Follow all safety security kitchen and ServSafe procedures upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations
