Responsible for preparing meals that meet brand recipe card guidelines, the Prep Cook ensures consistency and excellence in every dish served. Key responsibilities include accurate documentation of food containers, adherence to food rotation standards per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and maintaining a safe working environment by following safety standards at all times. This role demands punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to presenting oneself in a clean uniform, ready to support the kitchen team. The Prep Cook must be attentive to guest requests and special dietary needs, delivering meals with a positive attitude and high attention to detail. Additionally, the role involves proactive management of ordering, pars, food preparation, and equipment upkeep to minimize service disruptions and promote efficiency during busy periods.
