Job Requirements
- Previous catering experience preferred but not required

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous catering or food preparation experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately

- Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic kitchen equipment operation skills
Job Duties
- Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the chef
- Prepare food items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes
- Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- Taste completed meals to ensure quality
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment according to departmental procedures
- Store, label, and date all food items following policy
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety
- Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time
- Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner
- Resolve customer concerns
- Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
