Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • obtain and maintain a valid food service permit
  • follow prep sheets, food handling procedures, and managing food allergen risks
  • adhere to product shelf life according to recipes
  • demonstrate health department regulations for food storage
  • prepare station with proper product utilization and portioning
  • ensure all food items meet company quality standards
  • record and minimize waste
  • maintain clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
  • demonstrate safe knife skills and handle kitchen equipment safely
  • prepare food items according to recipes and company standards
  • label and date all prepared foods
  • work cohesively as a team to ensure order accuracy and speed
  • engage positively with fans, coworkers, and managers
  • follow all supervisor directions including additional cleaning and side work
  • attend ongoing training sessions
  • work a variety of shifts including late hours, weekends, and holidays
  • manage time effectively and communicate clearly
  • adhere to company and state safety guidelines
  • continuously stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
