  • must be able to complete any classes or certifications required
  • able to obtain a valid Racing License

Job Duties

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount
  • prepares food as directed by the Chef or Shift Leader to the specifications of recipes and standards
  • follows standardized recipes and or presentation procedures to specific detail
  • assist in preparation of all pantry and hot line items for daily service
  • properly stores and labels all food product
  • able to perform related duties in any or for station or outlet assigned
  • assists with daily specials
  • meets or exceeds industry standards for preparation serving and storing of food
  • ensures that the working area is clean and sanitary in accordance with local state and federal health department codes
  • promotes outstanding guest relations
  • promotes honesty and trust among the team
