Beyond the culinary skills, this opportunity welcomes individuals with a range of backgrounds, as no prior experience or formal diploma is required. The essential qualities include the ability to read and comprehend recipes and food abbreviations, basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients, and a keen eye for detail. Physically, the role includes the capacity to lift 20 pounds or more, stand and move for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks involving bending, lifting, and reaching.
