Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years kitchen experience
  • Valid food handler certification when applicable
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, twist, bend
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
  • Available to work weekends and/or holidays
  • Follow company, club, and department policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Valid food handler certifications as required by state and city regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

  • Focus on basic food preparation tasks
  • Set up, prepare, and organize workstation
  • Prepare and store food items for station
  • Maintain proper cooking techniques
  • Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of menu items
  • Receive and store goods purchased by kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen
