The role of Prep Cook at Milk & Honey is essential to maintaining the restaurant’s culinary excellence. As a Prep Cook, you will be immersed in the art of culinary preparation, working closely with a team of talented chefs to bring the restaurant’s mouthwatering creations to life. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation or kitchen role preferred
- knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation
- ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- good manual dexterity
- ability to work in hot and fast-paced environments
