Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years culinary experience in fast-paced environment
- valid WA State Food Handlers permit
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- ability to work flexible hours including event days and nights
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to comply with health and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Professional training through culinary education or two years’ experience in fine dining or catering
- knowledge of basic culinary terminology and food production
- effective communication skills with managers and team members
- willingness to handle and serve all food varieties
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to complete digital onboarding and employment verification
- possession of valid WA State Food Handlers permit
- black non-slip shoes required
Job Duties
- Follow directions from chefs and culinary supervisors in food preparation
- prepare items on production sheets following established recipes and quantities
- store, label, and date all food items according to policy
- complete station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- practice proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
- operate and clean kitchen equipment according to procedures
