The role of Prep Cook at Levy’s Lumen Field location, the home stadium for the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, and OL Reign, is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts and sports entertainment. This part-time or full-time hourly position offers a competitive pay range of $26.85 to $28.85 per hour with additional perks like free parking, staff meals during shifts, and employee discounts at the Pro Shop. The Prep Cook contributes to maintaining Levy’s reputation for exceptional food quality and service by assisting in food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and dietary safety standards, and supporting overall kitchen operations during game days and events. As a Prep Cook at Lumen Field, you will play a key role in supporting the culinary team by preparing food items according to production sheets and industry standards, managing proper storage and labeling of ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The position requires effective teamwork, strong communication skills, and a commitment to food safety regulations and Levy’s company guidelines. Preparation of a diverse variety of foods, including poultry, pork, beef, and dairy, is part of the daily responsibilities, alongside operating and sanitizing kitchen equipment as required. The role encourages inclusivity, safety, and professionalism, making it suitable for individuals with culinary training or at least two years of experience in a fast-paced fine dining or catering environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years culinary experience in fast-paced environment
- valid WA State Food Handlers permit
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- ability to work flexible hours including event days and nights
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to comply with health and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Professional training through culinary education or two years’ experience in fine dining or catering
- knowledge of basic culinary terminology and food production
- effective communication skills with managers and team members
- willingness to handle and serve all food varieties
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to complete digital onboarding and employment verification
- possession of valid WA State Food Handlers permit
- black non-slip shoes required
Job Duties
- Follow directions from chefs and culinary supervisors in food preparation
- prepare items on production sheets following established recipes and quantities
- store, label, and date all food items according to policy
- complete station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- practice proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
- operate and clean kitchen equipment according to procedures
