- Prior experience in a line cook or prep cook role preferred
- Ability to work full time or part time
- Capacity to maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties
- Efficiently prepares food items as ordered
- Exercises food safety and kitchen sanitation practices to deliver a quality product
- Weighs, measures, and mixes ingredients according to recipes
- Properly prepares meat, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients
- Anticipates demand throughout shift to stay ahead of orders
- Maintains cleanliness and working order of work area, tools, equipment, and supplies
- Prepares and maintains the line and par levels as required by the current menu
- Keeps walk-in cooler and freezer organized
- Assists with inventory temperature logs and waste logs
