Job Duties
- Ability to prepare up to 25 recipes at limited quantities under moderate supervision
- Preparing food orders per brand and company standard
- Maintaining a safe and clean cooking area and kitchen environment
- Understands and adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Setting up, cleaning, and organizing workstations
- Preparing ingredients for the shift including washing vegetables, chopping, making batters, and making syrups
- Cooking according to food health and safety standards
- Storing all food properly
- Sanitizing and cleaning workstations and utensils
- Maintain organized storage areas including walk-in cooler, freezer, dry goods storage
