Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items for private events including weddings and corporate functions
- Support plated service buffets and banquet-style meal execution
- Maintain strict food safety cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Keep stations organized stocked and ready for service
- Assist with prep breakdown and post-event cleanup
