As a company deeply passionate about food and guest experiences, we cultivate a culture that balances competitive compensation with a fun and supportive workplace. Beyond offering a competitive base wage, our team members enjoy a variety of benefits designed to promote well-being and professional development, reflecting our commitment to our staff’s long-term success and happiness. We have multiple restaurant concepts under our umbrella, including sister locations like Birdcall, offering diverse opportunities and experiences for our team members. The establishment supports mental health resources, provides a robust employee referral bonus program, and emphasizes career advancement pathways within the company. Our dedication to hospitality extends beyond just serving food—it’s about creating profound joy and memorable moments for both guests and staff alike.

The role we are looking to fill is for a Prep Cook/Pantry position, offered on a part-time basis in Denver, CO, with an hourly wage ranging between $20 and $32 including average tip earnings. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of food preparation, following recipes precisely to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes for our guests. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who take pride in their food craft and are enthusiastic about culinary creativity and passion. You will thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment alongside a supportive team that values your contribution to delivering excellent guest experiences.

This position offers more than just a job; it is a chance to be part of a family that values hospitality and fosters career development. Alongside competitive compensation, you will receive dining discounts for yourself and a friend across all of our restaurant concepts, including our sister restaurants. Upon completing the introductory period, you become eligible for comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. We provide a 401k match program and paid sick leave allowing you to accumulate paid time off for health needs. Our employee referral program rewards you for bringing talented people into our family, ensuring continuous growth and community spirit.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and inspire your colleagues, contribute to a clean and organized kitchen environment, and find joy in creating dishes that excite and delight our guests. The environment supports long-term growth and encourages you to build a rewarding career path in the hospitality industry. Whether you are an experienced cook or someone passionate about honing culinary skills, this position welcomes those who are motivated by quality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
