Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning for all dishes
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain freshness and safety
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies before service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations throughout shifts
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate shortages to supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure timely and efficient service
