Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
ability to communicate clearly
ability to stand for up to 10 hours
ability to lift 50lbs frequently
willingness to work days only shift
adherence to kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

ability to follow detailed recipes and standards

Job Duties

accurately prepare hot food products
prepare and portion food prior to cooking
plate and garnish cooked items
maintain clean and sanitary work areas
follow Ruby standards and recipes consistently
comply with portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies
communicate clearly with managers and team members
