Job Requirements
- at least high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of line cook or prep cook experience in a full service restaurant
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings and evenings
- physical stamina to perform kitchen duties for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
