This opportunity is for a full-time Prep Cook position located at Croasdaile Village, with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, although specific days may vary. Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years prior prep cook experience required
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Must be able to work full-time schedule including varied days

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Obtain daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the Chef
  • Prepare food items following established recipes and quantities
  • Complete production worksheets and waste log sheets accurately
  • Taste completed meals to ensure quality
  • Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use
  • Store, label, and date all food items according to policy
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety
  • Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time
  • Serve customers efficiently and friendly
  • Resolve customer concerns
  • Perform other duties as assigned
