Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • relevant cooking experience
  • ability to work the 4pm-11pm shift
  • physical capability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
  • adherence to uniform and hygiene standards
  • willingness to follow safety protocols
  • positive attitude toward guest service

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a similar cooking role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
  • proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per sop
  • practice safety standards at all times
  • report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
  • cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
  • be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
