The Prep Cook position at The Grandview offers a full-time role where culinary passion and teamwork take center stage. As a Prep Cook, you have the unique opportunity to contribute to the community's Signature Dining Programs by engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes. Working within state-of-the-art kitchens equipped with top-notch tools, you will collaborate with a dedicated and talented culinary team to prepare and assemble high-quality menu items that enhance resident satisfaction and meal quality. This role emphasizes not only culinary skills but also adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Additionally, the position offers a competitive hourly wage range from $18.00 to $21.00, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

In this role, the ability to work some weekends and holidays is essential, supporting smooth operations across all dining services. Employees are expected to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and work in varying kitchen conditions, including hot kitchens and cold storage areas. Job Requirements
