Job Duties

  • Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
  • Prepare food items following established quantities and recipes
  • Complete daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
  • Taste and ensure quality of completed meals
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment according to procedures
  • Store, label, and date all food items according to policy
  • Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety
  • Complete required documentation and reports
  • Comply with health and sanitation regulations
  • Take customer orders and prepare short-preparation-time items
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously
  • Complete orders from steam tables and grill at multiple stations
  • Use approved food recipes and portion control standards
  • Resolve customer concerns
  • Perform other assigned duties
