Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions
- Must be able to practice safe work habits and follow safety policies and procedures
- Must be flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to maintain positive body language and guest service at all times
- Must be able to work in a fast-casual environment
- Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe certified is ideal
- Culinary degree or graduation from a certified apprenticeship program preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of cooking experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions environments for sports and/or entertainment venues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a deadline-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to high-level customer and client service
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership
- Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Positive attitude, smile, and positive body language
- Ability to make evaluations and decisions independently
- Commitment to safe work habits and safety training completion
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Direct, implement, and maintain a guest service philosophy as a guide to fellow associates
- Regularly meet with supervision to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes, and other relevant information
- Ensure that only the highest-quality product is served to guests
- Maintain and abide by County Health/Sanitation and Legends Hospitality standards
- Provide efficient service and quality products by maintaining positive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices
- Ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and cleaned regularly
- Show flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management
