Job Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or culinary apprenticeship preferred
- Previous work experience as a Kitchen Helper or a similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Basic food preparation and handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Job Duties
- Prepares high quality and consistent food products for his/her assigned outlet
- Works in close conjunction with Room Chef and Master Cooks to maintain proper par stocks, inventory control, and quality of purchased goods
- Checks the maintenance of all kitchen equipment and immediately reports any damaged or broken equipment to management
- Follows all sanitation procedures as set by the company, maintaining the highest degree of cleanliness and organization within their outlet
- Ensures all safety standards are followed and reports on all unsafe conditions to management
