Job Duties
- Interact with co-workers in a friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner with a warm smile and sincere greeting
- Regular attendance and compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
- Understand and execute highlighted production sheets in order of priority
- Execute all recipes to the letter in a timely manner according to Eureka's standards
- Maintain and deliver all backups at proper temperature to appropriate area
- Operate kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain clean and dry building
- Maintain sanitary prep areas
- Clean and organize walk-in, dry storage and freezer on a regular basis
- Label, date and rotate all prepped items in accordance with Eureka's Shelf Life specifications
- Maintain adequate product par levels
- Organize daily deliveries in proper storage areas
- Assist Dish station and Line functions, when needed
