Job Duties

Interact with co-workers in a friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner
Regular attendance and compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
Understand and execute highlighted production sheets in order of priority
Execute all recipes to the letter in a timely manner according to Eureka's standards
Maintain and deliver all backups at proper temperature to appropriate area
Operate kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain clean and dry building
Maintain sanitary prep areas
Clean and organize walk-in, dry storage and freezer on a regular basis
Label, date and rotate all prepped items in accordance with Eureka's Shelf Life specifications
Maintain adequate product par levels
Organize daily deliveries in proper storage areas
Assist Dish station and Line functions, when needed
