The company emphasizes the importance of teamwork, excellent communication, and a strong work ethic, seeking candidates who are self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of kitchen experience, preferably in catering, and those who understand the execution of event BEOs and production requirements. ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it is also a key requirement.

Proof of the Pudding values its team members and offers competitive pay based on experience, as well as benefits such as daily meals during shifts, flexible scheduling, a unique work environment, opportunities for career advancement, and on-the-job training that applies between roles and across the hospitality industry. The company is committed to creating an inclusive, diverse workplace where all employees are respected and supported, reflecting its broader commitment to equal opportunity employment without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or other legally protected characteristics.
