Job Duties
- Retrieve storage items necessary and measure portion and prepare all food items complying with all quality standards department rules policies and procedures
- Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training
- Maintain food utensils and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
- Perform opening closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
- Follow all safety security kitchen and ServSafe procedures upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations
