Job Duties
- Retrieve storage items necessary, and measure, portion, and prepare all food items, complying with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
- Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training
- Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
- Follow all safety, security, kitchen, and ServSafe procedures, upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations
