Job Requirements
- Prior experience in food production or commercial kitchen setting
- confectionery production or baking experience in a busy kitchen is a plus
- ability to keep up with fast and repetitive tasks
- ability to lift 50lbs regularly
- possession of a current valid WA Food Worker Card

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all food prep areas and equipment
- assist in preparation of food products
- measure and scale candy ingredients
- cut up candied fruit to place in molds
- pour and scrape hot candy mixture into molds
- work with kitchen team to meet company standards, food safety and Liquor & Cannabis Board compliance
