Job Requirements
- Prior experience in food production or commercial kitchen setting
- able to keep up with fast and repetitive tasks
- comfortable lifting 50lbs regularly
- must have a current valid WA Food Worker Card
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production or commercial kitchen setting
- knowledge of confectionery production or baking is a huge plus
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
- good teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail and precision
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all food prep areas and equipment
- assist in preparation of food products
- measure and scale candy ingredients
- cut up candied fruit to place in molds
- pour and scrape hot candy mixture into molds
- work with kitchen team to meet company standards, food safety and Liquor and Cannabis Board compliance
