- previous kitchen or food prep experience of at least 6 months
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to remain standing and active throughout shifts

Job Duties
- Chop, prep, and portion fresh ingredients
- support line cooks and keep stations stocked
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
