Job Duties

Coordinate, organize, and prepare scratch-made food items according to recipes, standards and procedures
Ensure proper measurements and ingredient freshness
Maintain high food quality standards
Adhere to health, safety and sanitation procedures
Clean as you go and stay organized
Support teamwork and collaborate with other kitchen staff
Transport items and containers up to 50 lbs to and from stock and kitchen locations
