Kneads Bakeshop is an artisan bakery, café, and market located in a state-of-the-art flagship facility in Harbor East Baltimore. Established as a passion project by the H&S Family of Bakeries, Kneads Bakeshop aims to bring premium artisan baked goods, pastries, and food to the local communities. Job Requirements

At least 2 years in a prep cook role
Experience in high volume, scratch or upscale kitchen
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to carry and lift heavy objects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good oral communication skills
Must adhere to bakery's work rules and policies

Job Duties

Follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards and procedures
Maintain a clean and food-safe environment
Passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items according to quality specifications
Assess ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
Be a team player and work with a positive and supportive attitude
Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the Bakery
Accommodate fluctuating business demands and work various shifts as needed
