Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen environment preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
strong attention to detail
good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
follow recipes, procedures, specifications, and techniques accurately
assist in receiving goods and managing daily inventory of prepared foods
ensure proper storage and rotation of products
practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
maintain proper temperature of kitchen equipment
perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
