Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
  • enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • previous experience in food preparation or a kitchen environment preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures

Job Duties

  • maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • follow recipes, procedures, specifications, and techniques accurately
  • assist in receiving goods and managing daily inventory of prepared foods
  • ensure proper storage and rotation of products
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain proper temperature of kitchen equipment
  • perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
