Job Duties
- Ensure station is ready and prepared at scheduled shift time in proper uniform
- Maintain a brisk, steady, and organized pace with no unnecessary steps
- Follow recipes 100% when prepping or assisting in production
- Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards to perform precise portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and keep kitchen equipment in like-new condition practicing clean-as-you-go
- Manage productivity measured by quantity and quality of work completed in designated time
- Develop and demonstrate strong organization skills
- Stock and prepare supplies ahead of rush periods
- Collaborate effectively with team members
