Job Duties

  • Ensure station is ready to work at scheduled time in proper uniform
  • Maintain brisk, steady, organized pace with no unnecessary steps
  • Adhere 100 percent to recipes when prepping or assisting production
  • Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests
  • Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness, practicing clean as you go
  • Complete quality and quantity of work within specified time periods
  • Organize and think ahead to stock supplies before rush periods
  • Work effectively as a team member
