Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and carrying items
Willingness to comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Must have reliable transportation to commute to work
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

Prepare home-made meals using fresh, never frozen ingredients
Ensure every customer receives their made-from-scratch meal hot off the grill
Make signature sauces and desserts
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Follow the restaurant's three main rules to deliver excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
