Team members are encouraged to bring creativity and positivity into their roles, maintain enthusiasm and optimism, and collaboratively solve problems by rolling up their sleeves and jumping into the action. The company values pride in work, accountability, and treating the business like their own, ensuring a high standard of service and operational excellence. This role, based in Scottsdale, offers a non-exempt position with a pay rate ranging from $18 to $24 per hour. It is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about kitchen and food preparation work who want to contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. The role also involves inventory management duties such as monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling, and reporting shortages to management. Safety procedures, kitchen coordination, and sometimes assisting with dishwashing duties are also a part of the responsibilities.

At PopStroke, the Prep Cook role offers a chance to work in a supportive environment that values teamwork, communication, and a hands-on approach. The company places importance on ensuring its staff members can stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly during shifts, making the physical aspect an integral part of the job.
