We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Prep Cook to join our team. The Prep Cook role is essential in maintaining the high standards for which Bubba's 33 is known. This position involves preparing scratch-made food according to Bubba's legendary recipes to deliver consistent, high-quality meals for our guests. As a Prep Cook, you'll be responsible for reading and following prep sheets daily, maintaining an organized walk-in refrigerator, properly operating kitchen equipment, and adhering to strict storage and rotation procedures to minimize waste and maximize freshness. A key part of this role involves upholding proper safety and sanitation practices, ensuring every dish served meets company standards. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.50 to $21.75, recognizing the skill and dedication required to perform at a high level.
