Texas Roadhouse is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Prep Cook to join their kitchen team. This is a part-time position with competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.90 to $19.00. The Prep Cook plays a crucial role in maintaining the high food quality and safety standards that Texas Roadhouse is known for. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients and food items that meet the restaurant's legendary quality guidelines, ensuring that every dish served to customers upholds the brand’s promise of fresh, flavorful, and satisfying meals.

In this role, you will work closely with line cooks and other kitchen staff to support the overall flow of food preparation. Duties include reading and following prep sheets meticulously, adhering to Texas Roadhouse’s official recipes to maintain consistency, and organizing ingredients in the walk-in refrigerator to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Proper handling and usage of kitchen equipment, implementing storage and rotation procedures, and upholding safety and sanitation practices are essential components of this position. Teamwork and communication skills are highly valued, as Roadies work collaboratively to create an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
