We are currently looking for a Prep Cook to join our team. This role is centered around supporting our kitchen operations by preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards. The position involves tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients according to recipes set by the Head Chef. The prep cook plays a critical part in keeping the kitchen organized and efficient, restocking supplies, and collaborating closely with other team members to maintain a smooth flow during busy service periods. Job Requirements
- Experience as a prep cook or similar role in a scratch kitchen
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and punctual
