Mo' Bettahs is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team in the Prep/Back of House position. As a Prep/Back of House team member, you will be responsible for preparing food, washing dishes, handling food safely, and complying with kitchen policies. The role plays a critical part in supporting the overall success of the restaurant by maintaining cleanliness and organization and assisting other team members as needed. While prior kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, Mo' Bettahs welcomes new candidates who are eager to learn and ready to grow within the company.
