As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to Texas Roadhouse's legendary recipes, ensuring everything meets the company’s quality expectations. You will work closely with other team members to keep the walk-in refrigerator organized and clean, properly use kitchen equipment, and abide by storage and food rotation protocols to ensure food safety.
