The Prep Cook plays a crucial role in the kitchen by preparing ingredients meticulously, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting food preparation tasks. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards. The Prep Cook will be responsible for washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients according to established recipes. Additionally, the Prep Cook helps stock and organize kitchen stations, cleans and sanitizes tools and work areas, and assists with receiving deliveries. This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, providing opportunities to accommodate various availability preferences. Job Requirements

Job Duties
