The role of Prep Cook at Maui Brewing Co. Kailua offers an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the kitchen team, supporting the creation of delicious menu items that complement their exceptional craft beers. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, offering a competitive pay rate of $18 to $19 per hour plus tips, with the added benefit of accessing earnings early through DailyPay. Prep Cooks are responsible for following detailed prep lists and recipes, maintaining order and cleanliness in their work areas, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, and being punctual and ready to contribute to the team. This role not only requires culinary skills but also a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and assist other kitchen stations as needed. It is an ideal position for those passionate about food preparation and keen to grow within a fast-paced, yet supportive kitchen environment. - good time management and attention to detail

- able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift
- comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
- follows health and safety standards including use of cut gloves and non-slip shoes
