The role at Whole Foods Market involves key responsibilities in preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products within the Prepared Foods department. This position requires working according to the store’s Standard Operating Procedures and supporting the company’s national, regional, and store programs and initiatives. Team Members are expected to provide high-quality customer service by engaging directly with customers, accurately labeling and rotating food products, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and effectively communicating product information. This role involves helping customers understand the unique offerings available at Whole Foods Market compared to conventional stores and ensuring compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations. The job requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Individuals in this position may also be required to assist with opening, mid, and closing duties, maintaining product quality, and reporting any safety hazards or violations promptly.

The position offers an hourly wage range between $17.00 and $25.40, commensurate with experience.
