The Prep Cook role at SodexoMagic within the DELTA SKY CLUB at Tampa International Airport is a full-time position offering an hourly wage of $17.75. Working primarily varying shifts including rotating weekends, this role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient preparation of both hot and cold menu items served at the airport lounge. The Prep Cook is not only responsible for ingredient preparation but also helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of their workstations, supporting the kitchen team with excellent customer service and positive energy. Job Duties

  • Reads recipes and/or product directions and assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods using a variety of kitchen utensils/equipment
  • Clean and sanitize work stations and production equipment
  • May have basic cooking responsibilities, i.e., cook vegetables, chicken for salads
  • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
